UK Games Expo (UKGE) is the largest Hobby Games Convention in the UK. Now in it’s 17th year, 2024 sees the event return to 3 halls of the NEC and the Hilton Hotel. Suppliers are able to book exhibition stand space in order to more effectively demonstrate and sample their products and we receive consistently great feedback on the format and effectiveness of this approach.
Q: Can additional items be ordered after the order deadline date and during the show?
A: Yes, they can.
Q: Are there any fees for late orders?
A: Yes, there is a 20% surcharge for orders made after the order deadline date.
Q: How do I know if I should select shell scheme or space only?
A: This is determined by your contract with the organisers.
Q: What can I order as a space only customer?
A: As a space only customer only electrical sockets, long arm spotlights and flooring can be ordered.
